We continuously strive to develop our level of quality using team analyses, which include participation from all employees, as part of our Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Constantly we improve our employees’ skills by regularly sending them to external advanced training courses.
We manage our quality through P-FMEA, APQP, manufacturing accompanying process monitoring using SPC, most advanced measurement equipment (optoelectronic measurement systems), technical releases according VDA or PPAP and declaration of the contents inside IMDS. Our high level quality management system will fulfill your expectations. We gladly assimilate complex customized quality requirements to suit your needs. From optical 100% checks (e.g. to sort out deformed or alien parts after drum-ware surface coating processes) or additional controls of inside diameters or drillings. Using our optoelectronic measurement system, more than three camera systems can operate optical checks, while six additional stages perform tactile measuring tasks.
